    The Advisory and Technical Committees have been convened over the past two months to get to know the project team, understand their roles and operating procedures, draft the study's visions and goals, and begin bringing their expertise to the scope of the project.     A kick-off meeting for the project team was held on May 13, 2019 to get this multi-year project started. This meeting focused on a review of the scope of work, roles and responsibilities of the team members, and preparation for the first technical and advisory committee meetings.We hope you're as excited about this project as we are!
